Now here's a little bit about our band. It started when Marc, Sean, Shawn (of Dead By Summer), Pete (of dead by summer) Will, Russel, and Frank Caruso wanted to plan something to do for the talent show. We wanted to do either "All My Best Friends Are Metalheads," by Less than Jake, The cover of "Gin and Juice," by Berlin Project, and/or "Everything Sucks by Reel Big Fish". Shawn's band(Indecent) broke up, and started a new band with Pete on bass so that dropped them out of the plan for the talent show. Around that time Matt stopped playing with Joe and those guys. But also at that time I was playing with Cramer, Tank, and Dave, and I quit their band when the talent show was coming up and the plans were getting more involved and whatnot. So then it came to be that Matt was gonna play Bass and I was gonna play Drums(like orginally planned) and Marc on Guitar(like the orginal plan), and Russel on Trombone, Frank on Trumpet, Sean on Vocals, all originally planned. We had one pratice on a Friday, and we started to learn LTJ. At that one it was all of us except Frank, he had work. Then we had another pratice before I went on vacation, and Frank came to that one, He took a taxi to McDonalds and never came to another one again.  At that pratice Matt Fiorello came up with a guitar riff, and we messed around with it. At that time there were no words, but we used the publication name on the back of one of my drum books, Publications from Alfred. Then I was like hey Terence is First Chair Barratone Horn we should get him. Marc also said Hey Jeff isn't that bad and he is awesome at trombone, and Pica is cool and he would play. That night I talked to Terence and he agreed. So then we were gonna pratice on Sunday, then I was off to North Carolina. We started the song, our first original song, Face First. The band was getting tight we got down Face First and LTJ for the talent show. Russel had trouble making it to pratice but it wasn't that bad. Then the talent show came and I think we put on a rockin show and we won Most Original, and we made 35 Dollars woo hoo. Then we started working on more orginal songs. Shawn wanted to get us a gig at the Bunnery, with 7 Despicable, HSFH, and Pre Marital Sax. Then 7 despicable broke up. The day I Found out that they had a sax player I got Matt Rosenberg's Screen name(their guitarist)and i was like hey whats your sax players screen name. Matt RosenBerg was like Ahh I play sax I love sax let me play. And I Was like Word Up come to pratice and he came the next day. Wow. He is amazing. He is one of the best sax players I ever Saw. He was definately in the band and is the best guy and the best help and ahh I love that guy. Anyway then Jeff was losing commitment. We were thinking of kicking him out then we were like nah we will give him another chance. But then he was like hey I have to play Carnagy Hall I can't play The Bunnery. And then we were like ahh no. But then he was like I have to drop out I have no time to pratice and I have to go to Manhatten College or some crap. So then we are gonna play The Bunnery anway now. And now the final line up is, Me on the drums, Marc on Guitar, Matt on Bass, Russel on Trombone, T on Barratone, Rosensax on Sax, Pica on Trumpet, and Sean on Vocals. Thats the line up of 3 Day Weekend.
